Ronald C. O’Neel is an author, storyteller, pastor, and lifelong student of history whose writing reflects a deep appreciation for family, faith, heritage, and the experiences that shape generations.

Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, Ronald moved to Spokane, Washington, at the age of two, where he spent his formative years and developed the memories that would later become the foundation for his family memoirs. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University and continued his studies at Western Evangelical Seminary in Milwaukie, Oregon, focusing on English Literature. He also completed graduate studies in literature at the University of Washington.

Throughout his professional life, Ronald dedicated himself to service and ministry. He spent twenty years as a pastor in the Free Methodist Church of North America, traveling extensively throughout Asia and Africa as a speaker and ministry representative. During this period, he also served as a Chaplain in the United States Army Reserve.
